SWINGUP DIFFERENCE
Other methods don’t work
Restrictions, risks, and blocking make these methods unreliable.
We do not recommend them for safe and stable operations.
-
Cash
Limit up to €10,000. It’s difficult to confirm the source of funds, which creates risks of blocking at the border or during exchange. Not suitable for regular transactions. -
Money transfers
High risk of illegal schemes. Such transactions often fall under financial monitoring and get blocked by banks. Not recommended for stable operations. -
SWIFT transfers
Limit up to 100,000 UAH/month. Card-to-card transfers are subject to verification and may be blocked without income confirmation. Inconvenient option for large amounts.

Frequently asked questions and answers from the Swing Up team
What documents are required for an international transfer?
You must provide documents confirming the source of funds, such as:
- – Tax declarations
- – Bank account statements
- – Property or vehicle sale agreements
- – Dividend payment statements, etc.
Documents should preferably be in English or accompanied by a notarized translation
A proof of address is also required (e.g., utility bill or bank statement with address issued within the last 90 days).
Is it mandatory to open an EU bank account for a transfer?
Opening a traditional bank account is not required.
However, for processing through SwingUp, you must have an account in a financial institution (payment system) that can send and receive funds within the EU.
Do you provide assistance with proof of funds?
Yes, we provide full support and consultation to help you correctly prepare documents confirming the source of funds.
If needed, we:
- – Help determine which documents apply in your case
- – Provide wording recommendations for banks or payment systems
- – Communicate with financial institutions on your behalf if necessary
Each case is handled individually according to the specific bank’s or payment system’s requirements.
Can I make a transfer in cryptocurrency?
Yes, this is one of SwingUp’s core services.
The client sends cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT) according to the invoice. Once received, we exchange it under the pre-agreed terms.
Fiat funds (e.g., EUR) are credited to the client’s EU account, which we assist in opening.
All transactions are covered by a contract and comply with AML and compliance regulations.
Can my transfer be blocked by a European bank?
Yes, if the transfer appears suspicious or lacks proper documentation.
We help prevent such situations by preparing all necessary documents, guiding clients through every stage, and working with banks that are loyal to these types of operations.
What determines the commission rate?
The commission depends on the deal format, source of funds, transaction volume, and client’s jurisdiction. On average, it ranges from 2% to 5%. The exact fee is calculated individually after analyzing the specific request.
